There is a small (similar size and price) Mag Lite that I wish I had bought locally instead.

By Bob a mechanic from Pennsville NJ on 12/03/2008 Cons: Cuts off all the time, Dim, Light does'nt come on, No Beam Adjustment Best Uses: Crab line sinker, Paper weight Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This flashlight is junk. Alot of times button does'nt turn on light. You have to unscrew end cap and mess with batteries to get it to come on. When it does come on light will dim down to about 25% output then go back to full power then dim again.
