My everyday bag from day one! By Happy Shopper from California on 10/04/2009 Pros: Attractive, Great Color, High Quality Cons: Not Enough Compartments Best Uses: Everyday, Running Errands, Shopping Describe Yourself: Comfort-Oriented, Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This bag is perfect for going to the post office or grocery store (with extra bags for carrying groceries home, unless you are getting just a few small items). The length of the strap fits me just right (I am 5'2'' but have long arms). Yes it would be nice if it had even just one inside-pocket but it's not hard to sew one on if you really want one, and even without one, I can find my keys, wallet and cell phone with no problem. You can easily fit a 16+ oz. water bottle and a sandwich in the bag (but not a doggy-bag from a restaurant--it is a narrow and tall bag after all). The bag feels like it's cushioned thanks to all the weaving and liner, so things don't rub against you when you walk with it, like they do with a thin canvas bag. It felt a little heavy when I first tried it on but it has become my everyday bag since!

By Judy from Atlanta, GA on 08/26/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Versatile Best Uses: Casual Wear, Office Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Practical Length: Feels true to length Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a comfortable light jacket but it runs a bit large. Although I'll have to shorten the sleeves, I like the style and expect to wear it often over slacks and jeans.

By den mother from Cincinnati Ohio on 06/21/2009 Pros: Attractive, Easy Access, Good Strap Length, Great Color, High Quality Cons: No compartments, No pockets or dividers Describe Yourself: Classic, Comfort-Oriented, Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: A lovely bag but not so useful as an everyday purse. The lack of divided compartments or pockets means that keys, cell phone etc. all end up buried and hard to get at. But for what it is - a small beautiful stylish bag - it is good quality.
April Cornell Braided Market Bag By Judy the Roadrunner from Edinburg, VA on 03/30/2009 Pros: Attractive, Easy Access, Good Strap Length, Great Color, High Quality Best Uses: Everyday, Running Errands, Shopping, Traveling Describe Yourself: Classic, Comfort-Oriented, Practical, Stylish Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a great going to market bag and coordinates beautifully with my ever present jeans.
By Karen the Gardner (and Painter) from Bethlehem, PA on 02/22/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Lined w same wt cotton Cons: Not Warm, Wrinkles Easily Describe Yourself: Classic, Comfort-oriented, Practical, Stylish Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The jacket is a darker and more purplish blue than pictured. The lining of same-color, same-lightweight cotton and the tiny pintucks in the outer fabric make ironing difficult at best. The wrinkled look is probably okay, and the fit is nice. I have hand-washed it in cold water and drip-dried it, as directed on the label, without noticeable shrinkage. It should not be put in the dryer.
By jrd from gulfport, ms on 11/23/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Stylish, Versatile Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, High-end shopper, Practical, Stylish Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Can be dressed up or down by what type of trouser one wears. Looks wonderful with a pair of dressy chocolate trousers or dark wash indigo jeans. Very versatile depending on how one layers under the blouse to suit the pants. For dressier look I use a chocolate, melon, and multi shades of yellow-green sweater and never fail to get loads of compliments! Sounds strange but looks great.
By Grammy from Lansdale, PA on 08/03/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Feminine, Lightweight, Quality, Versatile Best Uses: Casual Wear, Going Out, Office, Travel Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Conservative, Practical, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Love this blouse because I can use with jeans or dress up. I love that it is so feminine looking. This blouse is not gaudy. The design is muted perfectly and the little sequines around the neckline add just the right touch.
Usually a large is a little more loose fitting on me but I can't say this blouse is snug.
