By Lisa from Texas on 08/13/2009 Pros: Changeable soles, Comfortable, Good Grip, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Casual Fisher Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have been wearing boot foot waders for years. I finally bought stocking foot waders and these boots. They are great. I had no problems keeping my footing in slippery Rocky Mtn. streams. My husband wants a pair now!

By Skate from on a rock, in East Rockaway inlet, NY on 08/10/2009 Pros: Good Grip, Lightweight Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Used them on jetty this weekend and had pretty decent grip for 8 riveted studs per sole. Light. Dry & wet sprayed rock grip was good; Only the extremely mossy & thick seaweed the studs did'nt reach and grab the rocks. [...]
Great alternative to studded felt By 9ft5wt from Zionsville, IN on 08/09/2009 Pros: Dries Easily, Durable, Good Grip, Lightweight Best Uses: Fly Fishing, Freshwater Fishing Describe Yourself: Avid Fisher Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These things are awesome. Grips as well as studded felt but without the same concern of carrying organisms from one body of water to another, dramatically improves drying time. Plus if you fish when there's snow on the ground you need these. As you can probably tell by now, I LOVE THEM.
A great deal on discontinued items By rxflyfisher from Maryland, USA on 08/08/2009 Pros: Avoids spreading didimo, Good Grip Best Uses: Fly Fishing, Freshwater Fishing, Pristine waters Describe Yourself: Avid Fisher Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This sole is a great addition to your armamentarium if you travel lots. It is the sole for the discontinued Korkers series of boots but a great deal if you still have those boots. These newer soles don't fit as well as the earlier soles but they do the job. The best part is that these rubber, studded soles will not spread the nasty stuff from stream to stream and are easy to trade out with other soles (hikers, felt, etc). Great boots with great price By Shallop from Fort Collins, CO on 07/29/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I was about to pay $100-120 for a pair and then I saw this one for around $35. It works just as fine as my $85 pair. If it wears out in a year or two, I can just throw it away and get a new pair.
By Novice from Silver City, NM on 07/28/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Grip, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Casual Fisher Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have yet to get these boots wet but I can offer a few comments. I am a size 7 1/2 medium. These boots, in size 8, fit very well over my chest waders neoprene sock feet. They appear to be quality construction. Interchangeable felt and grip soles offer great flexibility.
By Buddhahead from Stockton on 07/26/2009 Pros: Dries Easily, Durable, Good Grip Best Uses: Fly Fishing, Freshwater Fishing Describe Yourself: Avid Fisher Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Because of the price, I bought them for spares. They work great, giving as much grip as felt, but no wet shoe prints when you leave the water and lugging around an extra pound of water in the felt. Dries quickly and makes walking on dry land much more convinient. I'm purchasing the studded soles next. [...]
Korkers AquaStealth Soles By Minnesota Fly Fisher from Minneapolis, MN on 07/21/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Dries Easily, Durable, Good Grip, Lightweight Best Uses: Fly Fishing, Freshwater Fishing Describe Yourself: Avid Fisher Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Excellent soles for all but the most slippery bottoms (where you would need cleats anyway). Get these if you have either of the original Korkers model wading boots.
