They run a little small, about a half size. The soles are very grippy even in wet weather. I havn't had them long enough to comment on durability. Very comfortable, light and easy on the eyes.

I have Raichle hiking boots and love them but they are wearing out. These are a great replacement and seem to be as wonderful as my old boots. I am leaving off the last star until I hike in them more to be sure they hold up.

Good on Alpine trails and urban walks. Look good enough for many restaurants. Perhaps the most comfortable shoes I"ve had. A bit too "beefy" for driving,though.
