By Di from Petoskey, MI on 08/24/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Dries Quickly, Durable Cons: Hard To Put On Or Take Off Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Greatest semi-dry top I have ever owned. I am a size 10/12, but I got the large. The medium was too small, so I suggest ordering up a size. The color looks great, totally different from the photos. The neck is very comfortable, but the wrist gaskets were pretty tight. I stretched the gaskets with some beer cans -- now I have NO problem getting them on/off. Worth every penny!
Great but order bigger size! By Pearling Vixen Does a Face Plant from Half Moon Bay, CA on 06/27/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Dries Quickly, Durable Cons: Hard To Put On Or Take Off Describe Yourself: Weekend Warrior Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I've been using this for pool sessions and surf kayaking (ocean waves). It stays considerably warm despite being only a semi-drytop. I like the neoprene neck much better than the adjustable velcro neck on most semi-drytops. It's quite durable like most Palm equipment. This top has been run into the sand several times and doesn't show any wear.
Since it is a semi-dry only, water does get in through the neckline during a roll but much less than other tops I've used.
It is a very tight fit (great for warmth) but for comfort that makes it difficult to get on and even more difficult to get off. Order the next larger size than you typically would for more comfort.
The bright orange safety color is certainly unappealing, but it looks great on! Much better than the picture here demonstrates!

By whitewatergal from San Rafael, CA on 12/05/2007 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Dries Quickly, Durable Cons: Hard To Put On Or Take Off Best Uses: Boating, Colder Water, Paddling Describe Yourself: Weekend Warrior Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a great drysuit for whitewater kayaking in cold water. The only drawback is the zipper in back. I have to get a helping hand to zip it on or off. The booties give a completely dry seal and keep my feet toasty and warm.
Warm, waterproof and great movement By JET from New Zealand on 10/15/2007 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Dries Quickly, Durable Cons: Hard to get wrists off Describe Yourself: Weekend Warrior Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Excellent for sea kayaking - easy to put on, warm, dry and comfortable, roomy to allow paddling movement - difficult to get wrists off with damp, cold hands.
