Not a lot of support - would not recommend for sports, but they are very nice looking and fun to bum around in!
Based on other reviews, I did order a half size up from my regular shoe size and am glad I did.

Love the details on the side, as they make it more than just a white gym or running shoe.

I wish I could buy more. I have been a runner and walker for years and they are so comfortable and stable. I have a narrow heel and they are great.
I typically like my running shoes a little larger and ordered a size 9 (my regular shoe size is an 8) and that is a good size for me.
By yogagirl from lander, wy on 07/23/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Comfortable, Stable Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are a very comfortable shoe. I can only run a couple times a week due to injuries, but these shoes feel great - even without orthotics. They do run 1/2 size small as indicated by other shoppers.
By Jenny from Denver on 07/22/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Breathable, Comfortable, Flexible, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stable Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are about the only shoes I have found that don't give me shin splints or foot pain when I run. I was fitted for a pair of shoes at a local running store and still had foot pain running in them. I have found that I don't get quite as many miles out of these as is recommended for running shoes, but at 1/3 the price, who cares!
