By tpop from North Little Rock, AR on 03/25/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Breathable, Comfortable, Flexible, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stable Best Uses: Gym, Pavement, Track Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I use these to wear at the gym. I walk, run, and do other exercises. The shoes have a lot of cushion. I ordered a half size up and got a size 6, but I think I would have done better to get the 5 1/2. I still love them though. My foot is almost flat, and the arch support bugs me a little bit, but I don't think it will bother most people.
Love to give a good review but..... By cam from Primm Springs, TN on 03/17/2009 Pros: Breathable, Flexible, Lightweight Cons: Looks and feels flimsy, Not Enough Support Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I love that these are light weight and breathable but they look and feel poor quality. There is almost no arch support or any support. Described as a running shoe I have kept them to use at the gym but won't be running in them.

By Red from Lander, WY on 02/28/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Breathable, Comfortable, Flexible, Lightweight Cons: Too breezy for winter Best Uses: Gym, Pavement, Track Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I run every other day approx. 3 miles each trip. I use these shoes. They're extremely comfortable & breezy. So breezy that on cold winter days, my feet get a little chilly, but on warm days, they are perfect. Nice cushion. I ordered a 1/2 size big & they fit great. I always order my running shoes a 1/2 size bigger to allow for toe room & these fit just like the others in the past.
