Too much bounce, you'll need another bra underneath. But very comfy! If you're a between sizes person, go with the bigger one!

This is her favorite as it has a longer inseam (no chafing or riding up) and the mesh short is extra breathable. The size Medium fits her body well (size 10). The other Skirt Sports Gym Girl (non-snowflake) runs smaller, but this one is true to size.

I have one other skirt (gym girl) and the running dress/spankies. This skort is well designed with the girl short underneath. There are two pockets for key or gel, one on each leg. I really love the green color...but these do run small. I wear a medium in other skirt sports products, but got the large size for this one. The fit is low on the waist...overall great running skort!

The skirt could use a whip-stitch to help the skirt lay flat at the waist, but I still love it anyway, and I use this skirt all summer for almost everything I do from gardening to speedwork.

The first time I wore it was on a 7 mile run on a nasty hot evening pushing a jogging stroller. I tend to chafe easily and I was pleasantly surprised to have zero chafing and the skirt stayed perfectly in place. The shorts underneath are comfy, but pretty see-through so I wouldn't do any public stretching!
