The XL size of the Thorlos actually fit my feet, making them a happy choice.

By podman from California on 07/13/2008 Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is similar to my favorite Thorlo, Trail Runner. I was looking for navy-colored socks for work and these fit the bill. Not as heavy (or as soft) as the thickest Thorlos; medium weight. They wick very well and keep the feet dry.

I have been buying Thorlos for over 10 years now and use them for everything. Over time they wear out in the heel and toe which is to be expected. By Boyd the Scouter from Eastern PA on 05/08/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Dry Easily, Wicking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these socks to use as liner socks for hiking. So far after two hikes, 8 and 23 miles, they are working well. They are thicker than other liner socks but being in my mid 40's the extra padding was nice to have. I wore these under a set of wool hiking socks and they kept my feet very comfortable with no hot spots or blisters.
