By The Packster from Durham, NC on 06/09/2009 Pros: Compact, Durable, Easy To Clean, Lightweight Best Uses: Backpacking, Car Camping, High Altitude, Hiking Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These bowls are great!! No need for the plates or cups really. I find that the bowls are very durable, super easy to clean, super light weight and very easy to pack. They hold a decent amount of food without a problem. Only weakness (and a very small one at that) is when using hot liquids you have to be a little more careful or just don't fill the bowl as much. The plastic tends to get a little soft, but doesn't compromise the overall durability.

Just be careful not to fill them too full! :)

Let it remain in folded form to make it easy to refold on the trail.

By one4outdoorfun from central KY on 06/01/2009 Pros: Compact, Easy To Clean, Lightweight, Stable Cons: Uncertain of shelf life Best Uses: Car Camping, Picnic Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: So far this has only been run through my curiosity and experimental uses, folds easy, unfolds, the creases seem to be able to hold up to a dozen foldings or so, maybe more, protect from light, as I am certain that will weaken the plastic, they ARE recyclable if your area takes # five (5) plastic. My municipality does not. You don't have to be an engineer or oragami expert to manage this!!!

By Nanci from Stillwater, MN on 05/05/2009 Pros: Compact, Dishwasher Safe, Durable Cons: Must Fold Each Use, Very Hard Describe Yourself: Bargain Hunter, Stylish Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Though this product is very nice to take camping because it is so compact, it isn't my favorite product. You must fold and unfold the cup each time it's used which becomes a pain because it is a tougher plastic material.
By Josh from Jackson, Tennessee on 04/30/2009 Pros: Compact, Easy To Clean Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I got these on a good sale at STP, so I thought they would be worth spending a little on. They are a cute little camping toy. They will work, I've used them and they were kind of fun to use, but they certainly aren't as durable as using a frisbee as a plate or a hard, plastic, insulated mug. All in all, I recommend them to casual hikers who want a new toy to play with- if that's what you're looking for, then you won't be disappointed.
