By Bay from Lake Placid, NY on 02/09/2009 Best Uses: Backcountry Camping, Day Trips, Trips Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a great mug - Large enough to hold beverages and even soup or dinner pastas etc.. It has a small handle but still makes a great mug/bowl when needed. It does get very hot considering it is metal and enamel but it works nicely as long as you are prepared not to hold onto the bottom when it is hot... Is very light and large enough to fit other items inside - in fact i've been using it at hoem for my coffee and tea lately!!

I HAVE TITANIUM STUFF FOR LONG BACK COUNTRY TRIPS. I USE THESE FOR CAR CAMPING (IN MY WESTY!). THEY WORK GREAT, EASY TO CLEAN, AND YOU CAN POUR BOILING WATER ON THEM WITHOUT ANY WORRIES.
By JoeBlow44 from Seattle, WA on 01/17/2009 Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This bucket is kind of small for anything utilitarian and the handle fell off every time I set it down until I bent it with a pair of pliers. The finish is beautiful and it would make a good base for a craft project. I bought it as a utility bucket for gardening and it works well for that.
