Wind Whips Right Through Them! By AshleeSkis from Kansas City, MO on 12/21/2008 Pros: Stylish, Water Resistant Cons: Not Warm, Not Weatherproof, Not windproof Best Uses: Casual Wear, Working Outdoors Describe Yourself: Advanced Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Just back from a skiing trip, and the gloves were a disaster. My fingers were freezing the entire time, making my time on the mountain miserable. The wind goes right through these gloves. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I purchased 2 with a 30% off coupon. I already had a pair that I paid over [$] for. Performance doesn't get much better than these. I've used them in white out conditions and bluebird days and couln't be happier. I use them with a helmet and they fit fine.

By Imaginary Friend from Enumclaw, WA on 11/25/2008 Pros: Durable, Good Grip, Warm, Water Resistant Best Uses: Backcountry, Downhill, Freestyle Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I haven't gotten to try these out yet, but so far so good. The styling is nice and the fit is good for a woman who's hands are on the large end of women's sizing. They seem very warm so far, the lining is a very soft and cushy fleece. It has nice neoprene gaiters on the liner, so they can easily go under your cuff even if the outside needs to go on top of your coat sleeve. The buckle to keep both gloves together is a nice one and easy to work. The straps to tighten up the wrist area has a nice easy to grab with your gloves on tab. The only thing that I don't know about is the zippered area across the top of the hand. it is a ventilation area, but I dont see how unzipping it is going to get any ventilation down into the glove. It stays pretty closed up even when unzipped. The reinforced fingertips and palm are a good idea. In short, I look forward to trying these out downhill skiing this year. Great price for a well made glove.

By Like2Hike from Illinois on 11/20/2008 Best Uses: Backcountry, Hiking/Running Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These gloves are warm and have great features. However, I was disappointed with the fit. I ordered a large and they are very short in the fingers for a large. Due to the sizing, I think I would have been happier with a different product.
I can't recommend these gloves for females with long fingers or large hands. Otherwise, they're great.
These mittens are awesome! By Up North from Duluth, MN on 11/18/2008 Pros: Bonus little pockets, Good Grip, Warm, Water Resistant Best Uses: Casual Wear, Downhill Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My hands get cold easily downhill skiing, so mittens (vs. gloves) are a must! These are so warm and fit so well I ordered a second pair immediately after receiving the first! Only con is the palm composition is some leather, but not all, so I don't know how they will wear over time, but at this price, who cares?! You will love these!
