Seattle Sports

Seattle Sports

At best, wet gear is a nuisance. At worst, it’s life threatening. When the great outdoors beckons, your equipment should stay as dry and well protected as you are. Seattle Sports has more than 20 years of time-tested design experience in keeping gear dry. Seattle Sports pioneered radio-frequency seam welding for truly waterproof packs and duffels. The auto-purge valve system allows air to be released without letting water in as the bag is rolled down. Seattle Sports selects the highest quality materials in the production of their super tough, lightweight protection gear. And because they are located in the Pacific Northwest, Seattle Sports thoroughly field tests products in some of the wettest conditions on Earth. If you want high-quality waterproof gear protection, then Seattle Sports is your brand.

haven't tried this out on paddles- but would consider taking if we've got a big canoe- it would hold alot- but then might be too heavy. i'm actually thinking i'll use it to store things in at the cabin- i need to take a bunch of stufff out each year to make way for renters and think these are the perfect solution- back straps for help in carrying- will keep water and critters out when i store them below the cabin.

I have purchased this bag before and will continue to do so. My husband and I take multiple day kayaking trips and use these bags to store gear. We originally bought one and used it in his boat and loved it so much we bought a second one for mine. They hold a great deal of stuff (tents, sleeping bags, dry clothes, camping cookware) and when we don't need them to hold a ton of gear they roll down nicely to a smaller size. They fit perfectly shoved up in the front of our kayaks.

Comments:
I used it on a three month cycle trip from TX to AK. Heavy material for the constant rubbing from the bungie cords. A D-ring or Loop on the closed end would be helpful to strap it down.
