By camperdown from pittsfield , MA on 09/28/2009 Pros: Good Capacity, Strong Material, Tight Closure Best Uses: Backpacking, Paddling Describe Yourself: Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: haven't tried this out on paddles- but would consider taking if we've got a big canoe- it would hold alot- but then might be too heavy. i'm actually thinking i'll use it to store things in at the cabin- i need to take a bunch of stufff out each year to make way for renters and think these are the perfect solution- back straps for help in carrying- will keep water and critters out when i store them below the cabin.
By AriLee from Myrtle Beach, SC on 09/24/2009 Pros: Easy To Carry, Good Capacity, Strong Material, Tight Closure, Waterproof Describe Yourself: Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have purchased this bag before and will continue to do so. My husband and I take multiple day kayaking trips and use these bags to store gear. We originally bought one and used it in his boat and loved it so much we bought a second one for mine. They hold a great deal of stuff (tents, sleeping bags, dry clothes, camping cookware) and when we don't need them to hold a ton of gear they roll down nicely to a smaller size. They fit perfectly shoved up in the front of our kayaks.

By Pat from Austin, TX on 09/16/2009 Describe Yourself: Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I used it on a three month cycle trip from TX to AK. Heavy material for the constant rubbing from the bungie cords. A D-ring or Loop on the closed end would be helpful to strap it down.
