Seattle Sports

Seattle Sports

At best, wet gear is a nuisance. At worst, it’s life threatening. When the great outdoors beckons, your equipment should stay as dry and well protected as you are. Seattle Sports has more than 20 years of time-tested design experience in keeping gear dry. Seattle Sports pioneered radio-frequency seam welding for truly waterproof packs and duffels. The auto-purge valve system allows air to be released without letting water in as the bag is rolled down. Seattle Sports selects the highest quality materials in the production of their super tough, lightweight protection gear. And because they are located in the Pacific Northwest, Seattle Sports thoroughly field tests products in some of the wettest conditions on Earth. If you want high-quality waterproof gear protection, then Seattle Sports is your brand.

Cons:
Great for boating
Best Uses:
Boating
Describe Yourself:

Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments:
This bag is huge! compare to size large dry bags I bought before from [...]. Also, note that the openning is on the side not the top. It is much easier for certain items such as tent and sleeping pad. Overall, I really like it.

Seattle Sports H2Zero Gear Dry Bag - Waterproof, Large

Good design but thin vinyl
By K-Man from Michigan on 08/30/2009
Pros:
Easy To Carry, Good Capacity
Cons:
Tears Easily
Best Uses:
Paddling
Describe Yourself:
Recreational
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Comments:
Good design but the material is much thinner than I anticipated. It held up ok on a multi-day canoe trip but I also didn't toss it around when loading/unloading and stayed mindful of where/what position the opening was in. Next time, I'll spend the few extra dollars for a more durable product that I can have confidence in.

This bag is just what I was looking for, for my wrap kit. I was using an old black surplus bag which was much harder to carry, my wrap kit ain't light and the shoulder straps work very well. Time will tell how well it holds up but I've had good luck in the past with Seattle sports bags. Great price!

This is the second of this bag I have purchased. Good capacity and solid construction. Excellent for general purpose use. Easy to clean and reasonably waterproof. Did not purchase this product with the expectation of comfortably carrying extremely heavy loads.

Awesome Pannier!
By Bronco GurlVerified Reviewer from Idaho on 08/25/2009

Easy to use, Large Capacity, Removable Pouch, Secure Straps
Best Uses:
Around Campus, Commuting

Casual/ Recreational

Comments:
Used this pannier to tote books around campus, workout clothes, and/or work clothes. The easy to use, quick release clamps are great and get me off my bike and where I need to be in seconds. A few things I like...Keeps things dry, Large capacity, easy to carry handle, won't make your bike lopsided with just one pannier attached, and that is just a few. For the price you can't beat this pannier.
