Much better value than Dr. Scholl's By crabpaws from San Francisco on 08/01/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Stable, Supportive Best Uses: Everyday, Hiking, Sport, Supportive Footwear Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Given STP's discounts, these are a great deal and definitely help my 8 narrow female feet. Just enough arch support, thin enough to fit inside many shoes without taking out the insole. The blue ones (baseball) and the green ones (football) are the same.
By sundi from central texas on 07/21/2009 Cons: Too Stiff, Uncomfortable Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Though this is extremely well made, and designed well in that you can adjust your arch, I found it too short and too thick -- does not reach the end of the shoe (the toe bed), so that you feel where your foot falls off it inside the shoe. It was very uncomfortable. My preference would be to make them all too big with a tapered toe so that you can cut it to size.

They say they're very comfortable. My friend's daughter got some because her knees and feet were hurting from soccer. She feels much better since she has these inserts.

These improve the fit of his favorite shoes. Would choose full length ones next time.
