It is very damp and muddy where i walk and these boots are more than perfect for high grass, mole mountains, uneven wet surfaces, garden work, and just general outdoor work where a rubber boot is too cold and big, a hiking boot/cross trainer the wrong treads thast fill with mud clumps. These biits are easily washed off, are warm, and snug fitting so nothing goes in through the heel! The color is great-very earthy.
