Stylish, Comfortable AND Practical! By HinesNViolet from Colorado Springs on 11/13/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These boots are too cute for words! I purchased the black style and love the furry trim and stylish side tie. Good sole with front rubber tip to prevent scuffing. I wanted winter boots that could handle all the elements yet still be stylish enough to wear to/from work, but were within my "budget." I couldn't ask for a better boot! Previous comments indicated size runs small, but mine felt true to size.
By wyo cowboys from Cheyenne, WY on 11/13/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These boots came right on time and I was impressed that Sierra has boots and shoes in my large size (14-15). I ordered the 14 which feels about a half size too large. The boots are great for shoveling and snow blowing, I am happy to finally have waterproof warm boots.
By forestlady from foghollow, cloudyfornia on 11/13/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is the only Sorel I have tried that has a narrower width. The laces also help to hold your feet from sliding forward in the boot. The shoes feels fabulous on. The color is a rich toffee, not dingy or beige. The cuffs flip up for a taller look. I bought both colors! (Returned the 7 for size 6.) I suggest treating the boots with weatherproofing before wearing in snow or rain. Only downside: I had to leave boots outside until the outgassing smell went away.
By Uberblue from Asheville, NC on 11/13/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Warm Cons: Bulky, Not Waterproof Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These boots are amazingly comfy. They are also very easy to slip your foot in and out of. I wear a 5.5 in shoes like Salomon and a Merrel 6 is too large for me. In these boots, I couldn't get my foot into a 6 with my socks on. I sent the 6 back and got a size 7. They are a bit big, but they definitely fit better than the 6.

By Outpost Jack from Norwood, CO on 11/12/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My last boots, here at 7000+ feet on Colorado's West Slope, were original type Sorel Pacs - big, heavy, clunky, something like 'Mickey Mouse' boots in the Army. These new generation, for me, Full Tilt Pacs are not only narrower for driving, light, yet tall, but also have a cinch option like gaiters at the top so the knee deep snow can't get in. Just what I was looking for!
