By mh from eastern Idaho on 06/24/2009 Pros: Easy To Handle, Easy To Store, Good For Variety Of Fish Describe Yourself: Avid Fisher Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I was requested by my husband to buy him more of this. He knew the men that developed it, and tested several formulas for them until they got it right. As a former fly fishing shop manager, he had the opportunity to try out many products, but this is the floatant he buys and uses.
By Bead Head from Portland, Oregon on 06/22/2009 Pros: Durable, Easy To Transport, Flexible Best Uses: Fly Fishing, River Fishing Describe Yourself: Avid Fisher Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Holds all of my reels and spare spools, 3wt. through 6wt. I have individual cases for all my reels and leave the reels in their cases for extra protection. This makes for a tight fit on some of the larger reels, but everything fits and feels nice and solid. There's also zippered storage pockets on the inside and I keep spare leaders and tippet in there. This is way better than keeping all my reels and spare stuff in an old gym bag. I've taken it on three trips so far. Construction looks really good, should hold up for a long time...we'll see, but I don't anticipate any problems.
Quality costruction, multiple uses By The Great Piscator from The Fisherman's Paradise, Michigan on 06/19/2009 Pros: Durable, Easy To Maintain, Easy To Use, Functional Best Uses: Fresh Water, Good for any hobbyist, Ice Fishing, Salt Water, Traveling Describe Yourself: Avid Fisher Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This bag has numerous, external side pockets. But the central compartment has two side-by-side zippers that serve absolutely no purpose, since it is merely one big, empty space instead of being divided. The material is a very heavy canvas or nylon, and I'm sure it will be quite durable.
Great while standing in the river By tomtroutski from The Great State of Maine on 06/17/2009 Pros: Compact, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: A must need if you don't already have one. I already had one, but had to buy a few for friends.
By Richieg from Colorado springs, Co. on 06/16/2009 Pros: Run of the mill case Describe Yourself: Avid Fisher Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Just a run of the mill case.No storage for extra reels.Dividers all the same depth makes it hard to retreive the rod section once they are way down in the case. But it works for just transporting rods.
