i bought another one immediately! By liz the wannabe triathlete from newcastle, australia on 07/14/2009 Pros: Breathable, Good Pockets and Features, Wind-resistant front Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: this jacket is so good that i bought another one as soon as i received it. beautifully made, fits really well. i wore it for a coolish late morning ride and didn't get too hot - it breathes really well and the fabric at the front really blocks the wind well. i love this brand!
By HeadWind from West Coast of Australia on 07/14/2009 Best Uses: All Season, Cold Weather, Commuter Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are great longs. Very windproof, nice and warm for the cold mornings (40 degrees). The chamios is very comfortable and the fit is excellent.
By bob from colden, NY on 07/08/2009 Pros: Breathable, Dries Quickly, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Sizing: Feels full size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: First, note that it fits about two sizes smaller than indicated. Second, while advertised as a "jacket", it actually is only a long sleeved jersey. Finally, it isn't particularly windproof and doesn't keep me warm at anything less than about 55 degrees. Nice style and coloring and price is ok at a 50+ percent discount, but you'd be crazay to pay anything near full price for this garment.
By Real estate agent from Denver, CO on 07/08/2009 Pros: Breathable, Dries Quickly, Durable, Good Pockets and Features, Lightweight, Stylish Best Uses: Bad Weather, Casual Wear, Commuting, Mountain Biking, Road Racing Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Love this line! Awesome products! Great design ... and looks good!
good quality, fit is small By cate from Seattle WA on 07/08/2009 Pros: Feminine fit, High quality material, Lightweight, Well made durable Best Uses: Commuting, Long road rides Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Sizing: Feels full size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is my first experience with this european brand, although I have been familiar with it for a few years (it is expensive). I am often leery of european sizing, especially in cycling gear. I bought an XL in hopes that it really was an XL. I am 5'10" with a strong athletic build, and usually wear a size 14. I think this european XL is cut for a much smaller frame - one with little or no bustline to speak of nor if one has any substantial shoulder strength development. The jacket fits snugly and I am not sure I will keep it, although the quality and workmanship is of high standards. It's a shame as the style and feel of the jacket are great. I has one rear zip pocket with no dividers.
By bah from philadelphia, pa on 07/02/2009 Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: If you have bicycle thighs, size up. I wear a ladies 6-8 in casual clothing, but in Spanish clothes I am grande large.
Beautiful fit, excellent quality By CycleGirl from St. Augustine FL on 06/30/2009 Pros: Breathable, Dries Quickly, Durable, Good Pockets and Features, Lightweight Best Uses: Casual Wear, Hot weather road biking Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Love this manufacturer. Pricey? Yes. But you get what you pay for. Styling and fit are top drawer.
By dk from Fort Collins, Colorado on 06/29/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Padding Best Uses: Cold Weather, Long Rides, Road Biking, Road Racing, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I was told by a friend that this was a good brand. Given the original price I was thinking I was getting a great pant for a great price. I've worn them twice and already you can see the abrasion in the fabric on the inner thigh where it's rubbing the seat. Very disappointed. I have a pair of Shebeasts that I've had for years and worn through many spinning classes and this hasn't happened at all!
Awesome jersey as only Etxe Ondo can do! By Joy(euse) from The hot & steamy South on 06/29/2009 Pros: Breathable, Dries Quickly, Look like a superstar Cons: Euro sizingmust size up Best Uses: Hot weather rides, Road Racing Describe Yourself: Competitive Cyclist Sizing: Feels full size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I am a big fan of Etxe Ondo cycle wear, so I was thrilled to finally be able to add a sleeveless jersey to my collection. Like all Etxe Ondo gear, this is an eye catching & form-fiitting piece. I love the black & white theme; this jersey does it better than any other I've seen. Like all Etxe Ondo jerseys I've ever purchased, you must size up one size to get the proper fit (e.g. if you wear a Med from a US manufacturer, you'll need a Large in Etxe Ondo). Thankfully I love this line so much, that I have no problem sizing up. If this one's in your size, sprint to the finish line to pick this one up!
By Biker Mama from Lincoln MA on 06/23/2009 Pros: Breathable, Dries Quickly, Durable, Good Pockets and Features, Lightweight Best Uses: Commuting, Road Racing Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I chose orange for high visibility. European fit is snug, so I order up a size. Fit is extraordinary on all 5 of my Exte Ondo garments: not a wasted centimeter of fabric! Top of the line cycling gear for sure.
