I am a 40R and fit medium in all of these pieces with a traditional English fit (fitted, not baggy). Will last a lifetime.

I am a 40R and ordered M as all of the UK sites stocking Musto clothing suggest that M is 38 - 40 and this jacket fits well. It is cut large to accomodate layering over a heavy sweater. I believe that a L may have been to large for me.
