It was meant for me. The fit is perfect, it is stylish, and the material looks and feels unique. I am certain when I am on the slopes this winter, people will want to know where I got this jacket. It is not typical looking:)
great quality jacket and very comfy By JMH from san jose, CA on 06/28/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Good Weight, Stylish, Warm Describe Yourself: Weekend Warrior Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great for cold weather skiing
By Vintage 54 from Washington State on 04/29/2008 Cons: Bulky, Can use light unders. Describe Yourself: Advanced Gear Usage: For downhill skiing, Winter Sports Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Although I love these pants, I have to return them because I need one size larger. I wear size 2 jeans and the size 34 ski pants are too tight for skiing. They are not available in a 36, which I believe would be perfect for me. I will keep wathcing for them to become available.
By short skier from SD on 04/14/2008 Cons: a little long in the leg Describe Yourself: Advanced Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Nice pants for cold, powder conditions
Perfect for the tall, slender woman By Louise the Looker from Seattle on 04/05/2008 Pros: Beautiful fabric, Good Weight, Stylish, Warm Cons: Longer than waist length, Poor Fit Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a stunning jacket but definitely a cut
that would only fit a tall, slender person.
By Allison from Boxford, MA on 03/01/2008 Pros: Durable, Lightweight, Warm Describe Yourself: Advanced Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These ski pants are incredible. Not only are they extremely well made and comfortable, but they look very fashionable as well. The waist has adjustable snaps so that you may wear thick or thin layers underneath, depending on the weather. As a skier in my early 40s, I appreciate that they do not have a "slim" fit. One comment - I am 5' 2" tall, so the pants are a little long for me, but once I put on my boots and skis the length was just fine. I highly recommend this brand and style as they are well worth the closeout price.
By J from Southwest Ohio on 02/01/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Good Weight, Lots Of Pockets, Stylish, Warm Cons: I wish it had a hood Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: It's a mistake not to order this jacket if you've been looking at it. It's becoming--even flattering. And warm. If it had a hood, it would be perfect. You need to know that it has places for a hood to snap on. These can be covered my grommets found inside the pockets. I wish more clothing like this--in small sizes--were available.
By Balletgirl from Indianapolis on 01/08/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Good Weight, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Casual Wear, Sports Describe Yourself: Professional Athlete Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This jacket is both really light weight and really warm. Very functional and stylish at the same time. Nicely tailored so it fits well (a rare feat for a winter jacket). I am small - a size 4 - and often winter jackets leave me looking like a marshmallow... not this one. It's NOT waist-length per the description, it is standard jacket length.
curvy ladies, these are the pants! By Ski patroller and racer from Buffalo, NY on 01/03/2008 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Warm, Waterproof Describe Yourself: Advanced Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love these pants! I am a ladies size 8 in pants and ordered a size 10. I like to layer a pair of thermals underneath, but if not, an 8 would have fit fine. These are the pants for the curvy midlife belly and butt! I must have tried on at least 10 other pairs and was beginning to think that all woman are a Size 2 with a stick figure! Just think, no more butt crack riding the chair! Thanks!!!
By Astrid from Folsom, CA on 12/21/2007 Pros: Durable, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Cons: Not Enough Pockets or Features Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These pants are well made and made in Austria so probably made by workers who are getting fair compensation for their time. They are actually long enough for me. Other pants promise a long inseam but don't deliver. They are very flatering on me. I actually look taller and slimmer in them. They are soft, warm and comfortaable and the waist is high and belted so they don't allow snow to get in. The details are nice and again they are put together very well. Only one pocket, but that's ok because there's no added bulk and my jacket has about 8 to make up for this.
