Looks stylish and feels comfortable. By Luv2shop from Warren, NJ on 11/12/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Versatile, Warm, Well Made Cons: Cut is a bit strange Best Uses: Daily Use, Going Out, Outdoor Activities, Travel Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love this coat. It feels wonderfully soft, warm and yet lightweight. I read the reviews and decided to go up a size, after US size conversion. It's a bit too big around the shoulders but the hip area fits well even with a light sweater. I find the Barbour cut to be too narrow in the hip area. The snaps around the waist is very flattering when snapped, however, they look stupid when you have to leave them unsnapped to wear something heavier underneath.

very attractive, sleeves a bit short By H. Connelly from Philadelphia, PA on 11/11/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Flattering, Great Color, Soft, Versatile, Warm Best Uses: Casual Wear, Wear To Work Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Sleeve Length: Feels too short Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm always looking for attractive and comfortable clothes made of natural fibers. This fits the bill. The one con is that the sleeves are slightly short for me - I'm 5'8" and I do have long arms. I just put a long-sleeved tee on underneath, and that solves the problem.
By Anita from Helena, Montana on 11/11/2009 Pros: Nice fabric, Well-constructed Cons: Poor Fit, Unflattering Shape Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Normally a busty size six, I had to go to a size 12 before I could button this jacket. It is cut almost like a Saville Row suit rather than a barn jacket, with a nipped waist that is impractical for casual outwear. Also, the neckline can't be buttoned up. An open V-neck--there's no top button--on a lightly insulated cold weather jacket also doesn't make sense. This jacket might work for someone who finds regular barncoats too casual for urban weekends, for instance, and doesn't need to layer.
Gorgeous Jacket - Great Buy! By Katlin from Boston, MA on 11/11/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Good Cut, Lightweight, Versatile, Warm, Well Made Best Uses: Daily Use, Going Out Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels too short Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a beautiful, well made jacket. The tan suede is very soft and buttery and feels rich and smooth. Like all Barbour, it the details are not overlooked - the stand up collar is lined in a lovely contrasting courdoroy, pockets are well placed both inside and out, double zip with a circle pull, lovely plaid lining. Do size up at least 2 sizes if you are used to US sizes - a true US 10 is a Barbour 14. One of the best buys in Barbour jackets I've seen. I'd buy one in another color if it was available.
By susana from spain on 11/11/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Durable, Good Cut, Lightweight, Versatile Best Uses: Bad Weather, Daily Use, Going Out, Travel Describe Yourself: Trendy/Stylish Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: light and beautiful!!
By none from San Diego on 11/11/2009 Pros: Easy To Access Items, Good Capacity, High Quality Best Uses: Long Vacations, Weekend Trips Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: [...] The bag arrived with a Barbour lock, but not key to work the lock. [...] A ten dollar gift certificate for your website was given. I would not use your company again. I purchased a high price item and expected to receive the item intact with all pieces. Very unsatisfactory experience for a first time user of your company.
