H.S. Trask

H.S. Trask

Like several other great American business ideas, the H. S. Trask Company was conceived on a fishing trip. As Harrison Trask cast for trout on Montana’s Madison River, he wondered why he had never seen shoes made of Buffalo leather. Today, H. S. Trask crafts handsome footwear made from America’s original, soft, natural leathers-Bison, Elk and Longhorn. The highest quality components including cushioned orthotics, soft midsoles, high-grade outsoles and fully lined vamps and quarters are benchmarks of Trask shoes.

Comments:
Width felt too snug initially, but that only lasted a few minutes. From the beginning was able to wear all day with complete comfort. Best for light walking and driving, not for hiking. My feet often get hot after long wear with other shoes, but not with these.
