Unique closure works well By Bill from Telluride on 07/29/2008 Pros: Durable Sole, Good Traction, Simple to Use, Well Ventilated Describe Yourself: Competitive Cyclist Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Purchased 1/2 size larger than my normal size due to availability. That turned out to be serendipitous as the shoes were a bit narrow at the toe. The extra room allowed me to add arch supports, the addition of which made for a great fit! The cable closure system is simple and fast to use - I just hope it hold up as long as the rest of the shoe. The shoes lack a typical cushioned tongue making for a clean fit that does not capture trail debris inside the shoe (that's good!).
Nice shoe for narrow feet By cycleman from Santa Ana, CA on 07/28/2008 Pros: Lightweight, Well Ventilated Best Uses: Climbing, Sprinting Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These shoes are stylish,if somewhat dated, and light weight but the size is was hard to fit. I needed to go a size larger to accomodate the width but then I encountered issues with hot spots/pressure points. The plastic around the mesh looks cheap. Have not decided if I am willing to put up with the tight fit but I would recommend them to someone with narrow feet and a tight budget but want's something light and professional looking.

Fit is good!

Rode Hermosa creek in Durango for there first ride. Trust me you have to walk some of this ride and no problem at all with the spikes in. The rain even more of a chalenge than normal. Terrific shoe - closure system is fine. This shoe sheed water as well as can be expected. Enjoy this shoe, it's stiff and light.
