By ex-dancer from Las Vegas, New Mexico on 07/28/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Flattering, High Quality, Stylish, Versatile, Washes Well Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are great short. They fit my build really well. I am 5'5''. 118 pounds and am fairly short waisted. I like that they sit below the waist as high rise bunches over my stomach when I sit. They are also not too low (I am 57 and have had 2 children...)I like that they can be shorter or longer. I prefer shorter. My legs are fairly thin, but don't look too thin as the shorts leg is not too wide.
By ex-dancer from Las Vegas, New Mexico on 07/28/2009 Pros: High-Quality Material and Stitching, Lightweight Best Uses: Backpacking, Camping, Casual Wear, Running/Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These shorts fit me beautifully. I am 5'5'. 118 pounds and fairly short-waisted. The slightly below the waist cut of the shorts works perfectly for my build. I don't like high rise as when I sit, there is lots of extra material that gathers over my stomach. They are very similar to the Day Tripper shorts. In fact, I can't see any difference except for a slightly different pocket shape. I like that they can be made shorter or longer. I have fairly thin legs and they don't look too thin in these shorts.

By Jane from New Jersey on 07/24/2009 Pros: Comfortable, High Quality Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I agree with the other reviewers that this shirt has a weird fit. The neck is high and makes the whole fit awkward.
By Downtoearther from Warwick, New York on 07/22/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Flattering, High Quality, Lightweight Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Practical, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Shopper beware- the sizing [...] on this shirt is very confusing. The shirt I have now is a large, says so on the label, and fits me well. HOWEVER, Sierra added in their catalog that a large is an 8-10. No way that I wear a 10, so the first time I ordered it in extra large, listed as 12-14. It was swimming on me and I had to send it back, and get the large. The large is at least a 12 as it should be. Why these untrue numerical sizes are added to confuse things who can guess?
The one you reach for when you get home By Dale from the Wet Coast from British Columbia, Canada on 07/21/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Nice Color, Stylish, Washes Well Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great for the recent hot weather, even better that it is quick drying. No problem when washing a car, the shorts are dry before the vehicle is dried!
