By Ted59b from Albuqerque, New Mexico (USA) on 07/09/2009 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish Best Uses: Casual Wear, Going Out Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I've worn flip-flops for over 50 years - so long that my feet are wide & flat... These Mion Bhaktis felt great from the get and the "front grill" isn't the impediment I envisioned. I've never had the "strap-over" feature before (thus the above mentioned strap-chafe), but it didn't take long go grow accustomed to it. If you want a unique sandal with a great fit - check 'em out!
By Bruce the Duck Guy from Wisconsin on 07/08/2009 Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The sole separated from the sandal within a day. I shoe gooed it together and it seems to be holding. However, the thongs cut into both of my big toes. Maybe it's just my feet, and I don't normally wear flip-flops, so my toes aren't used to it- but frankly I think it's the shoe.
Too bad, because they look good and for the first day or 2 were great.
Absolutely LOVE Mion's.... By Maine from Maine on 07/08/2009 Pros: Breaths Well, Comfortable, Durable, Great Support, Great Traction, Lightweight, Water Resistant Best Uses: After Sport, Around The House, Casual Wear, Everyday, Hiking/Walking, Travel/Camping Describe Yourself: Casual, Comfortable, Outdoor Enthusiast Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The Mion Current insole comes out so I can put in my personal orthotics. Best shoe ever for walking and standing which I do alot of at work. Great on sailboats and boats in general...the sole is designed for traction and squirts water out because of the design of the sole. :)

By Active Teacher from Columbus, Ohio on 07/03/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Cute, Durable, Stylish Best Uses: Barbecues, Beach, Everyday, Going Out, Travel Describe Yourself: Casual, Stylish, Trendy Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I took these sandals on a beach vacation and they were fantastic travel shoes. The adjustable feature is easy to figure out if you have ever worn Chaco sandals. You can snug them tight and they really stay on. Loosen them for easy slip on and off for long drives in the car. They clean up easily and dry quickly so they are good for water activities, but walking on the beach is tricky. The toe acts like a shovel and holds the sand. This is only mildly annoying and tolerable. The arch support is really noticeable and they are really comfortable right out of the box. These are really distinctive looking shoes, and it took me an evening to decide if they were 'different' cool or 'different' nerdy. They are definitely cool, and I am glad I kept them! They are attention getters, and worth trying.

No need to break in. It's ok if they get wet. Can be worn with or without socks. My feet love thees sandals!!
