By Extra731 from Atlanta, GA on 11/03/2009 Pros: Lightweight, Stylish, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Backcountry, Casual Wear, Hiking Describe Yourself: Advanced Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Nice jacket!! Extremely lightweight, unlined rain jacket. I can't say anything about durability or breathability yet, but the fit is great, it's surprisingly flattering, and it seemed pretty wind resistant the one time I've worn it so far. The hood is very nice, large, adjustable and functional - I think I'll really be able to wear this in the rain without my face getting wet (unless the wind is blowing the rain sideways, but no hood can help with that). Great price, too!!

If you want a less trim fit you may want to order a size up.

But for warmth you do not need to layer-it is plenty warm.

By JonT from Wash DC on 10/30/2009 Cons: Not Enough Pockets or Features Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Chest Size: Feels too small Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: It is what it is, a shell, no lining at all. Feels like rubber on the skin. Sized for the anorexic euro bod type. As a 48R, ordered the XXL thinking I could layer it over a fleece jacket. Wrong.

Mostly Good...Some Not So Good By Dolph from Vail, CO on 10/29/2009 Pros: Colors are awesome, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Waterproof Cons: Not Enough Pockets or Features Best Uses: Casual Wear, Hiking and Camping Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The jacket color is awesome. I enjoy snowboarding here in Vail and love the bright colors to avoid "run-ins". I thought the jacket fit well I am 6'5" and 230 (with monkey arms) and thought these sleeves are long enough. Chest was fine. The side pockets are wierd. Its lighter weight than I wanted, but I will layer to compensate. Not for super cold weather.
