By Badger from Tennessee on 04/26/2009 Pros: Adequate Capacity, Attractive Design, Lightweight, Quality Construction, Secure Design, Well Organized Inside Best Uses: Daily Commuting, Traveling Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This bag holds my laptop and about 4 of my school books, plus the adapter in the front pocket, which gaps out to hold bulkier stuff than it looks like it would. The zipper pocket on the inside of the flap is plenty for a few pens, wallet, odds and ends. It's the perfect size, holds just the amount of stuff it should hold without getting too heavy, and I love it. And as a bonus, it's really cool-looking, and was about a third it's normal price here, [...]
By Badger from TN on 04/26/2009 Pros: Adequate Capacity, Attractive Design, Lightweight, Quality Construction, Secure Design, Well Organized Inside Best Uses: Daily Commuting Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This bag is big enough for a 15" Macbook Pro, and holds at least a few books and files beyond that. Gusseted front pocket easily holds even bulky adapters/peripherals, and lack of interior pockets not an issue for me, because I don't want it to be a purse, and zip pocket inside flap holds all the miscellaneous items I need with me. It's perfect for it's purpose, very cool, just the right size...any bigger and I'd fill it up and make it too heavy.
By Jackie, the adventurer from Vista, CA on 04/13/2009 Pros: A little snug fitting, Attractive Design, Lightweight, Quality Construction, Secure Design, Well Organized Inside Best Uses: Daily Commuting, Everyday transport, Staying Organized, Traveling Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love this bag, it's very trendy and not your ordinary black computer bag. I can take it anywhere. It looks like a large messinger bag with style. There are plenty of extra storage spaces so I really don't need to take my purse. I would recomend this bag for a daily commuter, computer person. I was a concerned that my 15" computer fit a little snuggly, but it just kept it from moving around too much. Great bag.
By Kim from Eden Prairie, MN on 04/06/2009 Pros: Adequate Capacity, Computer fits perfectly, Lightweight, Quality Construction Best Uses: Daily Commuting, Staying Organized, Traveling Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The price was great [$] at Sierra and [$] elsewhere for the same bag. This was a discontinued color but it matches another Crumpler bag I have so it is perfect for me.

By Daily Mover from DC on 03/04/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Quality Construction Cons: Poor Internal Layout Best Uses: Daily Commuting, Traveling Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Useful for the daily commute, though I initially purchased it for a travel bag to hold maps, guidebooks, journals, camera, etc. Like most Crumpler products (I also have a bigger laptop messenger bag) it "suffers" from too much weight. This is due to all the padding. I also would have liked a little more internal organization, there's just three big compartments and a zippered compartment on the flap. My bigger Crumpler bag has a bunch of pen slots and smaller zippered compartments. Those would have been nice in this bag.
By HoneyJudge from Atlanta on 02/22/2009 Pros: Quality Construction Cons: Poor Internal Layout Best Uses: Daily Commuting, Traveling Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I have other Crumpler bags for my camera, etc. and what I find is that they are extremely well built but not the easiest to use (poorly thought out storage and access, overkill velcro). I waited to write this review until after I had used the product for a couple of months to see if I warmed up to it. This bag is a great fit for a netbook. However, it likes to tip forward when you sit it down, even with only the computer and power cord in it. And with just the computer and a couple of flash drives and my aircard in the mesh flap pocket, I can only put one file folder with minimum contents in the front pocket area or the flap won't close far enough to stick the velcro down. Its almost as if you can put a few items in one section or pocket, but then you can't really put anything in another pocket or it won't close. Please don't misinterpret - I am not trying to put the kitchen sink into this bag, just bare necessities for using the computer and a couple of folders or a composition book. The velcro closure flap over the computer compartment is too long and gets in the way of accessing the front pocket area when its not stuck down. As with my other Crumpler bags, I would like to have had at least one external pocket for quick access to pens, keys, etc. I have remedied that by attaching a strap pocket. This bag was an excellent price for a well built product but I am now looking for something that works better. I will save this one for times when extra protection is needed.
