By tigerlily from Midcoast Maine on 07/23/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Bright, Durable, Elegant Best Uses: Anywhere, Bedroom, Living Room Describe Yourself: Practical, Stylish, Value oriented Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Decorative and useful as well. Beautiful European style design, made in Hungary, NOT China for once. Could use it to serve wine, juice, iced tea, what have you. Could also use this as a pitcher for your flowers. My only criticism is that it's not larger. 1 qt. doesn' hold enough liquid.

By Yarbwoman from Morley, Michigan on 07/21/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Bright Best Uses: Bedroom, entryway, Kitchen, Living Room Describe Yourself: Bargain Hunter, High-End Shopper, Practical, Stylish Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Vase is large enough to accomodate larger flowers and large amounts of them. Now, I have to buy one for a friend who's a "blue fiend"...
By Appellate lawyer from Houston TX on 07/16/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Bright, Good alternative to china Best Uses: Dessert or buffet service, Dining buffet service, Kitchen Describe Yourself: Bargain Hunter, High-End Shopper, Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Traditional European berry basket, but without the bone china fragility. The basket holds the berries, and the side containers are for sugar and cream. (Also good for muffins, etc., as the description suggests.) Very practical, one-arm service of summer's bounty, and bright and colorful for a buffet service. Did I mention what a steal it is at this price?

Bring them out in late winter to help shorten the wait until the daffodils bloom outside.

By donna1129 from Norway on 04/26/2008 Pros: Beautifully hand painted, Graceful shape Best Uses: Dinner Parties, Everyday, Holidays, Pretty display piece, Special Occasions Describe Yourself: Traveller Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These little pitchers are beautiful! I have them on top of the kitchen cabinet so I can see them. I ordered two - the small design variations show that they are hand-painted. Very good quality too. Great accent for our blue/white dinnerware.
