By Lablover from Auburn Township, OH on 04/20/2009 Pros: Nutritional, Quality treat, Tasty Best Uses: Larger Dogs, Older Dogs, Special Reward Describe Yourself: Long-time Pet Owner Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Our three black labs range in age from 2yrs. to 13. This is absolutely their favorite treat, and they will do anything to get them. We feed very high quality dog food, and I really like these treats because they are not "junk snacks" full of additives and colorings, etc. If you want your dogs attention, get these tasty treats!

DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! By Carrie from Max, MN on 04/12/2009 Cons: Breaks Easily, Choking Hazard, Dog Doesn't Like It, Induces vomiting if chewe Describe Yourself: Long-time Pet Owner Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I owned this product for two months and could not get my Boston Terrier or Black lab to play with it, and they LOVE to fetch and they LOVE all their toys, I put treats inside of it so they would fetch it, thinking it is a strong toy and if they would play with it I would get my money out of it, they both fetched it and chewed at the ends, seemingly harmless since it is a DOG CHEW TOY!! within 2 hours they were both vomiting, my Lab vomited twice and my Boston Terrier vomited 9 times in a period of two hours, I thought he had pancreatitus, it is the most terrible dog toy I have ever bought and would like to know how to get my money back, My boston is 6 years old and I spend around $500 a year just on toys for him and have NEVER had an experience as bad as this, these toys should be removed from the market immediately!

My dog really seems to like these. We play treasure hunt with them since they are dark and she can't see them readily, but they ave a strong odor that is not unpleasant.

Fun...but not for every dog! By Doc from Cedar Springs, MI on 03/27/2009 Pros: Dog Likes It, Easy to Clean, Fun Best Uses: Active Dogs, Outdoors Describe Yourself: Long-time Pet Owner Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Like all toys the Hyper Stick is not perfect for all uses. As a retrieve toy for my active hunting Airedales it is good; the dogs can grab it easily and its heavy weight approximates a typical game retrieval. I wouldn't use it as an unsupervised chew-toy, however. My terriers have big teeth in strong jaws, and if they were understimulated (bored, like most dogs), they would destroy this item. But to play find-and-retrieve games in large open spaces it is great...I bought the biggest ones and throwing these heavy things is a good exercise for me, too. Use common sense.
