By osamut from Santa Clara, CA on 07/13/2009 Pros: Durable, Easy to Use, Lightweight Best Uses: Long Rides, Road Bikes Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are much easier to use than the SPD type that I had. Definate click when engaged.
By M from Seattle, WA on 07/09/2009 Pros: Durable, Easy to Use, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Replacing a well worn set of Keo Classics (9K miles) so essentially no change from a functional standpoint. I have had zero foot issues with Keo pedals/cleats. These are a bit lighter than the Classics. The new grip cleats (I'm a fan) make it easier/safer to walk, as I have a set of stairs along my usual training route.
By give more, take less from davidson, nc on 07/04/2009 Pros: Easy to Use, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is an entry level clipless pedal. It does not have a tension adjustment which makes it less desirable if doing competitive riding. The quality and appearance belie its price.
By Wolfpack Rider from North Carolina on 01/20/2009 Best Uses: Long Rides, Road Bikes Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Both the bearings and clip mechanism appear improved over the original KEO Carbon.
Great Pedals, What a deal By Scott from Madison, WI on 01/14/2009 Describe Yourself: Competitive Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a great deal on spectacular pedals - arguably the finest pedals on the earth. Though Look claims 95g per pedal, the actual weight is 104g each.
By Nmrn324 from Oakland CA on 01/13/2009 Best Uses: Long Rides, Road Bikes Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these pedals to replace my worn out Keywins. For about the same weight they are much stronger and more rigid. Of coarse they are also much more expensive, but they do work better. I expect that the adjustable tensioning system will extend their useful life.
Good Pedals at a great price By LL from Harrisburg, PA on 01/05/2009 Pros: Durable, Easy to Use, Lightweight, Versatile Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Good product, light & durable at a great price.
By Oregon Cyclist from Hillsboro, Oregon on 12/10/2008 Pros: Durable, Easy to Use, Lightweight Best Uses: Long Rides, Road Bikes Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have had this exact pedal on one of my other bikes for a year and love it. It is definitely better than my old Look delta-type pedals - lighter and easier to clip into. I bought this second pair to replace my deltas. Can't go wrong with this deal!
