By Boots from San Antonio, Texas on 04/14/2008 Pros: Abrasion Resistant, Breathable, Lightweight, Tough Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I haven't used the cover for very long, nor have we had much inclement weather since I put it on the bike. Nevertheless, the cover fits well, looks to be good quality and is doing just what I expected of it. I can't comment on the long term durability, but for the price, I am more than satisfied.
By ymiatgmi from Springfield, VA on 04/07/2008 Pros: Abrasion Resistant, Tough Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I own an '03 Honda VFR800 with a Givi top case. I take the top case off before I cover the bike, but the top case mount makes the bike too long for a standard sport bike cover. This cover fit perfectly over my bike with the top case mount installed. The material is also durable. Good product.
By trail runner from colorado on 04/02/2008 Best Uses: Trail riding hunting Describe Yourself: Trail rider Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: -biggest complaint, no zipper flaps to keep out dust and water
-exception is the rear cargo which does have the flap
- hand protectors barely go over winch and ES controls, not a good fit
-cover is light weight so not good as a seasonal cover but is good for when rain cover needed if out on the trail camping, hunting, dust cover, etc.
- all items have good tie downs and material seems of good quality
-rear cargo is large and nicely made
-really like the fender bags, just no zipper flap
-tank saddlebag is ok
By minimalist gear guy from SE Missouri on 03/27/2008 Pros: Abrasion Resistant, Lightweight, Tough Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great price for a quality product. i have a H-D Street Glide and the touring size fit perfectly.
By trail runner from colorado on 03/25/2008 Best Uses: Camping, Hauling lots of gear, No rain no fine dust, Touring Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: -only the rear cargo has a zipper flap
-side saddle bags are nice, but no zipper flaps to keep out water or dust
-hand covers will not easily fit over ES gear shifter or winch controls
-rear cargo is large/floppy container with good tie downs, padded bottom.
-forward cargo bag - is just that, a big bag with good tie downs, has padded bottom
-atv cover is good for camping/outings, but not for seasonal coverage
-tank saddlebag is ok, but should be wider to better straddle the tank.
i would buy this product again. By daddio from tucson, az on 03/14/2008 Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: i wear the "raider" gloves while hiking. i use poles, so the gloves act as a protective buffer between my hands and the poles, reducing blisters by one-hundred percent.
