I don't like to carry a huge purse, so the size of this one is perfect for me. There are enough compartments to sort stuff out, yet still be able to get at things quickly. I love the magnetic front closure, which is quiet compared to my other Overland with velcro closure. The magnets are within the fabric so it's sturdy and no metal pieces on the outside of the bag. Padded cell phone pockets, long adjustable strap - couldn't be better for someone who wants sturdy, stylin', small and handy.

Holds everything you need and has 2 zippered outside pockets to access things you need immediately. Like the mesh side ties for jackets also.

There is plenty of space, bottom of bag expands and it holds a HUGE amount. Could even be used for carrying files--that large when expanded. Because it is canvas it lays well against the body, no matter how you wear it. The color is a beautiful subdued earthy tone. Great organization. Zippers for safe carrying, and I love the back areas where I can stash something I need in a hurry w/o fumbling thru zippers. I LOVE this bag.

Amazing bag -- it's just too big! HOWEVER, it's an awesome bag with all the bells, whistles, and pockets a person could want. Think of it more as luggage rather than as a messenger bag, and you've got it -- I just couldn't see myself carrying it everyday. All this notwithstanding, I love Overland Equipment and if they could shrink this . . .
Just the right size for everything! I had never heard of Overland Equipment. I fell in love with the size and look of the bag so I had to have my own. It is just the perfect size for everything with tons of organization. The different pockets are so easy to access, even with your hands full. I use it as my everyday purse because let's face it, no one just carries a wallet anymore. I have a celllphone, digital camera, 2 keychains, a makeup bag and sunglasses all in there with my wallet. I can fit my day planner in the back pocket and I still have room inside the huge middle pocket for a diaper and a pack of wipes. This is the perfect bag for the mom with a toddler who has no need for a full diaper bag anymore and wants to start looking fashionable again! Even with all the items it can hold the bag never looks overstuffed. It starts out so lightweight that you can fill it up and it won't break your shoulder. The strap can adjust so that you can wear it cross-body which is a handy option with small children or bag of groceries. I got the Green with the floral lining and then had to have the Black with the Daisy lining too. You will not be disappointed!! I might be the next Overland Equiptment addict. Now I just need one in brown!

My mom has the same one and I recently bought 2 for presents for my sister and a friend. It has just the right amount of space and the pockets are super easy to access and make sense.
