Body Glove

Body Glove

Bob and Bill Meistrell, the brothers who founded Body Glove, have always loved water… a passion that took them from the farm ponds of Missouri to the beaches of L.A.'s South Bay, where they discovered the thrill of surfing. In 1953 they borrowed $1800 and bought out the Dive 'n' Surf shop, eventually turning it into the top surfing and diving retail establishment in Southern California. Their search for a better wetsuit led them to develop neoprene, which in turn led to the invention of the first truly practical wetsuit. Stretchy, comfortable and warm, it opened up Southern California to year-round surfing. Water enthusiasts loved the suits which “fit like a glove” and so the name Body Glove was born. Innovation and cutting-edge design technology continues to drive Body Glove’s manufacture of wetsuits, PFDs and technical accessories for water lovers everywhere.

This is a great rashguard, and the price is nice too. Good for sun protection for long days on/in the water. Fit is true to the way a rashguard is supposed to fit...like a second skin.

Body Glove Dry Duffel Bag - Large (70L)

Perfect back of the pickup bag
By Rivers and trailsVerified Reviewer from Seattle, WA on 06/23/2009
Pros:
Waterproof in rain
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments:
I bought these to keep the family's clothing dry in the bed of my pickup on route to camping trips. It is perfect. I'm not a fan of wide-mouth roll-tops for river trips, and this one is no different. I can not recommend this bag for a "possible submersion" environment - that's why only four stars.

Comments:
I could barely get the shirt on and I am not a big person. I wear a 32 band in my bra but am fairly broad shouldered, but the medium was so tight I thought I would have an anxiety attack. Now in the shirt's defense I am not a water athlete so I only use these types of shirts for summer fun and protection. Maybe if I were a professional athlete who needed compression to make the big win it would be great! I am keeping the mens extra small one I bought to use this summer vacation. The material in the mens seemed softer and it was definitely broader in the shoulders.

Comments:
Rash Guards fit tight so if you are looking more for a swim shirt, I would buy two sizes up. I bought my husband true to size and one up and while we will keep the size up one, he would have preferred two up. I bought the mens for me based on bust size and I am happy with its fit. The shoulders are broader than the womens shirt so I can move without suffocating.

Well made, good value. I purchased it for my 13 year old son who normally wears a med to large mens. I ordered the large and although it fits him I should have ordered the XL for the length and overall tightness
