By ccbg from Atlanta, GA on 11/02/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Easy To Clean, Soft Describe Yourself: Midrange Shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These throws are very deceptively thin, but are very warm! They washed very well. I will probably buy more to keep around our family room this winter.
perfect for unheated room! By sHe-baa from Loveland, Colorado on 11/02/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight and warm, Soft, Thermal Best Uses: Spring/Fall, Winter Describe Yourself: Budget Shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: It's just what I needed to replace a down comforter that had lost it's loft and thermal capacity for an unheated bedroom. It's not too heavy and I sleep very comfortably.
protective cover is crunchy vs squishy By sheribaby from taos new mexico on 11/02/2009 Describe Yourself: Budget Shopper Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: love the price, but it needs fluffing in the middle of the night. the protective cover is horrible, like plastic that has no suppleness.

Great value for the price By Rob from Denver, CO on 11/01/2009 Pros: Soft, Warm yet so light Describe Yourself: Midrange Shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The comforte was packed so small when it arrived that I didn't think it had any substance. As soon as it fluffed up - it turned into a great, light weight throw. My kids love them - I just ordered 2 more.

Great for in-between seasons By Deb in New Mexico from Mountainair, N.M. on 10/30/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable Describe Yourself: Budget Shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this throw to use on our bed before it was cold enough to bring out our full-weight down comforter. It really did the trick during the fall when a blanket was not enough, but the down comforter would have been too much. It didn't cover the whole bed, but was big enough to cover both my husband and me if we cuddled. Now that it's colder, I'm using it as a throw when I'm reading in bed. P.S. The dog loves sleeping on it during the day when we're not using it. (See photo.) Images shared by: Deb in New MexicoLuna rates the down throw 5 stars Tags: Using Product
Very warm and comfortable By Warm in the Arctic from Denali National Park, Alaska on 10/30/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable Describe Yourself: Budget Shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: With this down comforter, I can turn the thermostat down to 55 degreees at night and sleep very warm and comfortable. With the savings in home heating costs, it will pay for itself this winter alone. I live in interior Alaska where it gets really cold in the winter, down to minus 50 at times, and heating costs are a major concern. The outer fabric is very nice, an extremely tight woven cotton material with a nice finish. The tag on the comforter says "dry clean only", which is not an option where I live. I have not washed it yet, but I am pretty sure I can machine wash it as I have with my many other down jackets and sleeping bags. I have a queen sized bed, but bought the king sized comforter, and it fits perfect, with ample overhang on the sides, preventing cold spots during the night when things tend to shift. For the cost, this is an exceptional deal. As the average person spends between 30% to 40% of their day in bed sleeping, it makes sense to be comfortable, turn down the heat, and reduce carbon emissions.
