Bladder is comfortable to run with, even when full- not lots of bouncing around. I can drink and not miss a step!
This is great for running! By hiker from washington and Antarctica on 07/22/2008 Pros: Durable, Good Capacity, Retains Temperature Well Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: hard to get it not to move around a lot. But there isn't much you can do while running with it.
What's with the little bottle? By A WDW Dad from Livonia, MI on 07/20/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Refill, Good Water Flow, Stable Cons: Needs bigger zipper area, No need for little bottle Best Uses: Day Trips, Travel, Walt Disney World Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I would have liked a larger storage area. I actually ditched the small bottle and used the pocket that it sat in. It would be nice if you could make a locking clamp to lock the zipper so when you wear it across your lumbar area, people can't unzip it and take your money etc. I used the larger bottle spring clip and hooked it to the zipper.
By DogHiker from Murfreesboro, TN on 07/17/2008 Pros: Durable, Easy To Drain, Good Capacity, Retains Temperature Well Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Bought this for friend who does daily 7-mile walk/hike and she loves it. Only negative is that it is not always easy to clean given its compact size.
But, she is petite size, and this fits her very well, and does not cause any chafing.
By duck toller from Wisconsin on 07/08/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Highly Adjustable, Large Capacity, Stable Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Shopped all over locally and online, this was exactly what I wanted and about 1/2 to 3/4 the price of anything else I could find. [$] However, it will be great for my 60 mile walk at the Susan G Komen Cure for Cancer 3-day in Chicago[@]
By Avian from Columbus,OH on 06/27/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Compact, Stable Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The compact construction allows minimal body surface contact so it was cooler than my previous verticle bottle pack. I had no trouble with it at all and recommend it for this sport.
By thirsty jogger from Menomonie, WI on 06/19/2008 Pros: Easy To Refill, Good Water Flow, Highly Adjustable Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Comments: the padding is great it seems to fit and be adjustable, but once you start running it moves around and bounces. It took me a while to figure out you have to wear it on your hips not the waist. At the waist it bounces all over. Maybe better suited for men.
By Giselle the Beginner Runner from Brooklyn, NY on 06/19/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Refill, Good Water Flow, Large Capacity Best Uses: Extended Hikes, Running Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: All is great except that the adjustments for the waist is still too loose (I'm petite) even at it's smallest diameter. I like how it cradles all my standard water bottles too.
Good vest but a bit small for the size By Rosco1099 from Columbus, GA on 06/11/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight, Reflective Cons: No loop to clip light, Poor Fit Best Uses: Biking, Running Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Sizing: Feels full size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I commute to work by bicycle everyday. This is a good product, but seems to be a full size smaller than a L/XL as marked. Also, there was no loop on back for clipping on a light.
