Comments:
A great knife to carry everyday, and yet attractive enough to pass on to my children one day. The knife is sharp and lightweight for it's size. The handle scales were nicely matched. Has the look of a handmade knife, I like that. A great gift from my wife!

Boker Santoku Titanium Chef's Knife

Good blade, disappointing handle
By Dave the deerVerified Reviewer from Orcas, WA. on 12/17/2007
Pros:
Attractive Design
Cons:
undersized handle
Best Uses:
Kitchen
Describe Yourself:
Practical
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Comments:
The blade seems to hold an edge. Knife arrives only partly sharpened. I'd prefer they save the presentation box and hone the edge properly. The handle is attractive but not very well designed - especially for larger hands. Over priced for what it is.

Plan to give it to my daughter for use in her old VW camper van. It's light and corrosion-proof, and titanium has an anti-bacterial quality. Appreciate being able to try out leading edge items like this due to Sierra's low prices.
