The knife is well made and is esthetically pleasing while still being functional. The stag handle is comfortable in the hand and the blade takes a good edge.

Athough not made in Germany, It is clearly a quality knife. 4 1/4 ss blade is sharp enough to take on most camp chores. Stag slabs handle fits comfortably in your hand. With the quality leather sheath, you can't beat the price.

Although not made in Germany, This is a well construted knife. Thick combo blade is ideal for a varity of chores, from chopping to slicing. Big, thick micarta handle is ideal for controlling the blade. I like it so much I bought another.
