Best gardening gloves ever By Signorina Farfalla from California Central Coast on 08/01/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Good Grip, High Quality, Protective Best Uses: Delicate Jobs, Heavy-Duty Pruning, Larger Gardening Jobs, Light Gardening Describe Yourself: Avid Gardener Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are the best gardening gloves I've ever owned, and in 20+ years of yard work I've tried almost all brands. I first read about them in the NYT Gear Test where they were rated #1. They cost a bit more than average, but once again, you get what you pay for. Plus they make you look like Danica Patrick. Well, your hands anyway.

Seem really small, at least at first By eastern shore shopper from Maryland on 07/23/2009 Pros: Durable, Good Grip, High Quality, Protective Best Uses: Heavy-Duty Pruning, Larger Gardening Jobs, Light Gardening, Pesticide/Chemical Use, Wet/Muddy Jobs Describe Yourself: Avid Gardener Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Beautiful white gloves-I hate to get them dirty. May just use them for driving. I have small hands and, unfortunately, proportionately short fingers. Ordered a medium and they seem pretty tight, but I think they will become comfortable with use. If you have long fingers, they are probably not for you. Were it not for the size issue, I would have given them 5 stars.
By tulip from central Texas on 07/15/2009 Best Uses: Light Gardening Describe Yourself: Avid Gardener Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The fingers are just too short. The seams at the end of the fingers dig in to the area between your nails and your fingers and it hurts. They are very high quality so if you have short fingers, they will will be fine.
By Dee from OC from OC,CA on 07/13/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Grip, Protective Best Uses: Light Gardening Describe Yourself: Master Gardener Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Bionic gloves provide support whenever I work in the garden. I usually use the Elite which are far superior but the X wear are great for light jobs such as cleaning up leaves, pruning, protecting my hands from dirt and also providing some support for my arthritic hands. I highly recommend this brand for people with hand problems. Sierra Trading Post provides quality items at great prices!
