I like it for hiking and backpacking because it's so much lighter than steel. I throw it in my backpack, and I never even notice it since it's so light. For titanium, this is an AWESOME price. Ti is normally so freaking expensive. This cup also has both metric and English measurement markings so that it can be used as a measuring cup. I've bought four of these so far, one for myself, and three others for friends.
The only reason I didn't give it a five is because of the cheesy handle. The handle works, but you can't clip it easily to your belt like you can with a normal Sierra cup.

Wished it were double wall ! This cup, because of the handle, does not allow itself to be stacked or nested into itself.
If you are only ever gonna eat cold stuff and are backpacking and this is your only plate and you want it ultra light. then this is still a good product.

Nicer to hold than a classic sierra cup and takes up less space in a pack. Works great as a bowl for soup, granola, muesli, oatmeal, etc. Works pretty well as a cup for hot or cold beverages. Nice and light and durable.

The wire rim allows the user to drink hot liquids without being burned by a hot rim. As a long time camper and user of 3 sierra cups, I know the value of a good sierra cup as designed by the Sierra Club for backpackers many years ago. Only a cup with a wire rim and handle should be called a "sierra cup".
