By Tom from Ann Arbor, MI on 10/29/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight, Stylish Describe Yourself: Conditioning Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great vest, fit is borderline small but just barely there, if you are between sizes go up. Construction is excellent, light, comfortable. Not quite as stretchy as I was hoping but still very useful.
By none from Oroville, Ca on 10/28/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Cute, Durable, Roomy, Stylish, Versatile Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I would certainly buy this brand again
By JoJo's mom from Aspen, CO on 10/28/2009 Best Uses: Gravel, Level dirt trail, Pavement Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I run 16 - 20 miles a week, I'm 5'5" 140#. This shoe didn't work for me. It's not a bad shoe, but I inadvertantly got a "D" width which was sloppy around the arch (I'm a B width). Additionally I am a forefoot striker and this shoe's heel was too built up for me. It feels a lot like the Brooks adrenaline on the foot. I was looking for a replacement for my old Glycerin 6's. All this being said, I think this shoe may be a very comfortable runnin shoe for the right person, I just wasn't that person. Too bad, because they are a great price! One other thing, I rated these shoes as true to size, because they fit true to running shoe size. (1/2 size larger than street shoe size to allow room for foot expansion when running). I only rated them too wide because they were D width.
By Alaska gal from Juneau on 10/28/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Breathable, Comfortable, Flexible, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stable Best Uses: Gym, Pavement, Track Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have very long feet so have trouble finding brands. Brooks shoes seem to be more consistent in sizing than competitors.
Great shoe for the price. By RoyG from Kansas City on 10/28/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Flexible, Lightweight Best Uses: Everyday wear, Pavement, Running, Walking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great Brooks product and at a great price also. Very comfortable to wear. If your feet swell at all though I'd recommend going a 1/2 size up or a width size wider.
By YMCA Fan from Rockford, IL on 10/28/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Lightweight Best Uses: Everyday wear, Running, Walking Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Sizing: Feels half size too big Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Good for running and walking but not enough support for high impact fitness classes. I prefer my old Brooks Adrenaline shoes!
These shoes are not YELLOW but GREEN By xtewaan from Seattle WA on 10/27/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Breathable, Comfortable Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I was surprised by the color of the shoes when they came out of the box. To my mind, these shoes looked more yellow than green in the picture. In reality, the uppers are kind of a puke green and the soles are a totally different, neon green. I'm not so picky about such things, but someone else might find the mismatching uppers and sole undesirable.
great light-weight walking shoe By gramma walker from jamestown, new york on 10/27/2009 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Narrow fit is perfect, Stylish, Versatile Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I walk a great deal and it is difficult to find narrow, light-weight shoes. A great find that I highly recommend.
By kellbell from washington dc on 10/26/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Breathable, Comfortable, Flexible, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My daughter runs for a University and uses these shoes for her daily runs. She runs about 70 miles/week. Her college provides free Asics, but she only uses those to go to and from class. The Brooks work best for her.
