The colors are pretty and they are well made. The only complaint is a slightly uncomfortable rectangular pad sewn into the footbed. Perhaps this will become compressed over time?

She is in the 10% for weight and 85% for height. I think the reason I needed to tie laces around the ankles was because my baby is much leaner than most babies. I tied shoelaces in a knot, making sure her ankles did not have any imprints showing the laces were too tight. I can still slip them on and off without having to retie them. The baby likes them. She never tries to pull them off.

We have damp cold winters on the Jersey shore. Once my son tried these slippers he wanted new ones in a larger size...this year we got two pairs in two larger sizes. Austrian boiled wool from Wesenjak is a high quality product. These slippers can be gently machine washed and AIR dried (no machine) without losing their shape.
