By kc from louisville, ky on 05/27/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Great Traction, Stable Best Uses: Backcountry, Day hikes, Everyday Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love these shoes. They do feel very sturdy. I have had a broken bone in my foot and a couple of sprained ankles, so I look for a lot of support. They feel great. If you are looking for a comfortable, yet sturdy supportive shoe, this is it. If you fluctuate between 2 sizes, get the larger one.

Great shoe at a great price. By Mary from Michigan on 05/20/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Flexible, Lightweight Best Uses: Endurance Training, Everyday wear, Pavement, Running, Walking Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I've used these for the gym (cardio, weight training) as well as walking my dog on pavement and trails. They fit very snugly and I have narrow feet, so someone with wide feet might not like them as much. The no tongue thing is really cool and makes the shoe more streamlined...they are not hard to put on at all. The price was great at Sierra TP, but I probably wouldn't have bought them anywhere else for their regular price of[$]...but not because of quality..I'm just cheap.

By gelido from usa on 04/28/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Flexible, Lightweight Best Uses: Endurance Training, Everyday wear, Pavement, Running, Walking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I would have these shoes over all others to date. I have very narrow bony feetand my feet break in before my shoes. these were like "mine" from the start. I did get 1/2 size larger and that was good. Perfect fit, light and can't say more tan I love these shoes!
Oboz Ignition, great look, sizing small By Stina from Prescott, WI on 04/27/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Lightweight Cons: More green then yellow, Sizing runs small, Tight to get foot into Best Uses: Pavement, Running, Walking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels full size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Nice looking shoe & design, lightweight, runs small at least 1/2 - full size small especially when you consider socks. Tight to get foot into at opening but if you can find the correct size it seems like a great shoe. Hopefully it relaxes once you wear it a bit.
By Outdoor hiker from Madison Wisconsin on 04/21/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great Traction, Stable Best Uses: Day hikes, Everyday Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these for my husband who walks a lot. He said they are very comfortable and feel really stable on uneven ground and rocks. They are a little heavy but still feel great.
By amsterlam from Wilmington, NC on 04/16/2009 Cons: Hard to get on, Uncomfortable Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I received the shoes and was very excited until I opened the box. The material was not what I expected and I was really crazy about the design after seeing them up close. They almost looked plastic. I tried them on just to make sure and they were very difficult to get on, not to mention not very comfortable once they were on. They looked great in the online pics, but overall I really was not impressed.
