By Rocky Mountain Hi from Denver, CO on 10/26/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather, Snow Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These boots [...] were very attractive and warm. Yes, the toe is fairly rounded and those with narrow feet may have problems but an average or wide foot should fit this boot well. I have room to wear extra socks if needed. No, they are not waterproof but I took mine to a shoe shop and had them treated for a few extra bucks. Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!!!
By scerick from USA on 10/21/2009 Pros: Easy Entry & Exit, Lightweight, Stylish Cons: Bunch by my ankles, Not Warm Best Uses: Slippery Terrain, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: These were cute boots. They have good traction on the bottom. I didn't have any difficulty getting these on and off. They did bunch around my ankles a little more than I like. I wish they would stand up a little firmer. To me, I think these boots would be good for more of a stylish type of boot and not for actually being outside in cold weather for a long period of time. I don't think that they will keep your feet real warm unless you layer them with thicker socks. Over all they are nice but I wouldn't use them for your winter boot. Would recommend if you just want these for a cute kind of boot to tuck your jeans in them or for just a casual pair.
