I believe they were advertised as "2nds", but haven't found any flaws. My second pair and will buy another when needed.
By overthere from Oregon on 10/04/2008 Pros: Durable, THE best work pants Cons: 2nds not always true size Best Uses: Casual Wear, Everywhere, Going Out, Office Wear Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: If you work outdoors, in the building trades or just need a tough pair of pants, this B11 style is perfect. They last forever and are super comfortable. Sierra Trading typically sells these seconds far cheaper than you can find retail. The only downside is that the sizes may be exactly correct and of course you are buying seconds... There is often some slight defect. Typically just a puckered thread or slightly uneven seam.

I wasnt sure what to expect @ low price By HydeSmyler from Waaaayyyyyyy up north on 09/19/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Great Fit, High Quality Material, Holds Color Well, Versatile Style Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Very impressed upon receiving these pants. I cant see any imperfections at all in any of the four pairs. b11mos is a great color. They hold up excellent for work pants the best part being they seem to breathe much better than denim jeans(I work in hot environments). Fifteen less per pair than what I paid for the first pair at name brand store. Same quality. The 34 inseam is more like 36 they're a little long, the waist is perfect. Good fitting pants and they look good too. Don't pass up this deal.
They fit and they're long enough By GardenGuru from SF Bay Area, CA on 09/18/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Quality Material Best Uses: Casual Wear, Going Out, Office, Sports, Travel Describe Yourself: Outdoorswoman, Traditional Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The only sad news is that Carhartt's sizing is inconsistent.
I bought 3 pr Carhartt jeans--all "relaxed fit" and all the same size, but different styles. This pair is truly relaxed, if not loose fit. The denim carpenter jeans were relaxed. The canvas carpenters pants were a regular to slim fit, no where near relaxed.
The Good News:
To Carhartt's Eternal Credit:
1. The fabric is dense & durable denim, though less dense than the riding jeans I'm used to, and there's **NO LYCRA**--thank you Carhartt!
2. They are conservatively cut jeans for grown-up women who work. They are not flimsy, scratchy, elasticized, trendy fashion statements cut to highlight plumber's butt (a universally unattractive aspect, regardless of age and sex).
3. They're long enough. I repeat: They're long enough. I'm 6ft. Finding clothing that's long enough is almost impossible. Thank you again, Carhartt.

I bought 3 pr Carhartt jeans--all "relaxed fit" and all the same size, but different styles. The plain jeans were relaxed, if not loose fit. These carpenter's denim jeans (with hammer loops--wheee!) were relaxed. These canvas carpenters pants were somewhere between regular to slim fit category.
