By T.C. from Syracuse, NY on 08/12/2008 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Durable, Stable, Stain Resistant Best Uses: General work boot, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Conservative, No nonsense Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Boot is comfortable-USA made and comes wide(EEE) which is hard to find at a reasonable price. They stay dry and look pretty sharp. Construction is tough. I use them as a tractor trailer driver and they suit me well. I think with a heavy sock they will be suitable in the snow and cold.

By Ludeykrus from North Georgia on 08/01/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Stain Resistant Best Uses: Casual Wear, Motorcycling, Work Describe Yourself: Conservative, Stylish, Work Hard Play Hard Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are excellent boots made by an excellent company. They are made of tough, high grade leather with a tough, replaceable Vibram rubber sole. These are great for work or casual wear. The boot, by inherent design, has little ankle support; the sole makes it fairly stable, but don't expect them to provide much support if you have weak ankles. I also wish they had a steel toe, but the toe box is thick and stiff so it's not a deal breaker. Excellent boot at an excellent price!
I would purchase product again By Paw Baker from Bartow , Fl on 08/01/2008 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Durable, Stable Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Slick on bottom when wet.
By Bob the builder from Boston, MA on 07/30/2008 Describe Yourself: Performance first Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I've been wearing Chippewa loggers every day for ten years, I love them. After break-in, they feel like slippers. The only issue with these boots, (I usually wear the nubuck ) is they run 1/2 size small. I had to return the 9 1/2w for 10w. [...]
These are some really nice boots! By Lew the Logger from Upstate New York on 07/25/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Deep lug sole, Stable Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: There is too much of a lip on the inside edge of the steel toe, it rubs on the toe. But other than that, it seems to be a good boot, especially for the price!
