Great Jacket for fall weather. By lilweebugs from wasilla, ak on 10/01/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Good Weight, Lots Of Pockets, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Casual Wear, Sports, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a great jacket. I use it to walk the dogs in the cold alaskan fall. Drizzle, wind, chill, nothing bothers me while wearing it. The jacket looks great on me, a little slim fitting (ordered the size small and im 5'5" and 125lbs). Great color, fit and performance. Can't expect any less with mammut.
By Diana from Boston, MA on 09/30/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Stylish Best Uses: Casual Wear, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The jacket look really nice - love the sleeve detail. Haven't used it in heavy rain yet, but works like a charm on drizzly dog walks.
By mArKr from Anchorage, AK on 09/29/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, High-Quality Material and Stitching Best Uses: Backpacking, Camping, Hiking, Skiing, Snowshoeing Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Got these for my wife, after several years of using Schoeller gear myself. Mammut is better tailored than mine. Good price for elite fabric. Schoeller IS all it's cracked up to be. I expect these to become her go-to pants (by themselves, with long undies if chilly, with a shell if wet or windy, with both in winter). Would have given five stars but hers were small, and she had to go up two full sizes from usual.

BEAUTIFULLY MADE, BUT RUNS SMALL By NC Brenda from Hendersonville, North Carolina on 09/28/2009 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Backcountry, Casual Wear, Downhill, Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels too small Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This jacket is beautifully made and is of obvious excellent quality. However, I ended up returning it because it does not feel true to size. If you order this jacket, I recommend ordering one size larger than you normally would purchase.
By Getting in Gear in Kansas from Olathe, KS on 09/28/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Weather, Hiking and Camping Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Got this for my husband... he LOVES it! Fits him perfectly, and the color is not the pink you see in the picture... it's a beautiful spicy orangy-red. Compare prices as I have and you'll find this is the best price for this jacket anywhere. And it's light as a feather, and warm. Highly recommend Mammut in general and the Broad Peak specifically.
By Getting in Gear in Kansas from Olathe, KS on 09/23/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Weather, Hiking and Camping Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Got this for my husband and he's still talking about it. First off, the color looks like pink or salmon in the picture, it's not--- it's a spicy reddish orange... really handsome. And then the jacket's best quality: it's EXTREMELY lightweight, less than a pound... yet very warm. Perfect for travel when you need a warm layer. My husband loves how it feels, I love how it looks. We had no issues with sizing. This jacket is a beauty, and a bargain (check prices on other web sites).
