Eagle Creek's typical good quality By dan from Westport, WA on 09/11/2007 Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Good Capacity, High Quality Cons: Strap slightly short Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Hard on gear, Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Nice addition to ECs long history of messenger bags. This is a BIG one. Shoulder strap a little short to allow below the belt access for tall people which is nice when you want something quick.
By Hiker39 from Houston, TX on 09/11/2007 Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Pack is ok, but less than what I expected from Eagle Creek. Maybe that is why they are discontinuing it. The pack has very little padding on the straps and for the part that rests against your back. This makes it quite uncomfortable after anything but short hikes. The bag is also long, so it is not very good for pushing under an airline seat. I have an old Jansport Equinox and it is far better. I might just buy another one of those if EC does not come out with a much better replacement for this bag.

By Shopper from Pittsburgh, Pa on 09/11/2007 Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, High Quality Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Works well as a purse or small tote.
On trips can slip over luggage handles.
Works, for what I'm using it for By Sam I Am from Los Angeles, CA on 09/11/2007 Describe Yourself: Bargain Hunter, High End Shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I used this to organize the various discount cards and coupons. It works well for its intended purpose. It's tough. But don't expect a lot of storage. And it's not as convenient as a wallet for bills (unless you don't mind folding them in half.
