By run for fun in California from Mission Viejo, CA on 11/17/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Breathable, Comfortable, Flexible, Lightweight Best Uses: Gym, Pavement, Track Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I run approx. 20 - 40 miles/week and have used this shoe in my last two Marathons. I have tried a number of different shoes over the past few years but always came back to this model. It fits right, is lightweight and, once I found the correct size, all my blister problems running long distance went away. Because I run mostly on pavement when running long distance, I switch shoes every 300 - 500 miles for my really long runs.
By 4 miler from Memphis Tn on 11/17/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight Best Uses: Endurance Training, Pavement, Running, Walking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Good light weight stability shoe. Very breathable uppers, heel not bulky like other stability running shoes. I would like more arch support, but i need it, many do not. Over all very good value, no breaking in time.
By Lisa the cook from Thunder Bay Canada on 11/16/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Flexible, Lightweight Best Uses: Everyday wear, Pavement, Walking Describe Yourself: Rarely Workout Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm an overpronator who requires orthotics. I work on my feet all day and since pruchasing these shoes, my knees and feet no longer hurt. The work shoes that I had previous to the Etonic had anti-slip soles & looked comfortable. The sole worked but at the end of the day my body hurt. Maybe Etonic could look into adding an anti-slip sole for the future.
Thank-you
Not great but good for light workouts. By Blade Runner II from Pacific NW on 11/12/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Price point Best Uses: Pavement, Running, Walking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels full size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have found the sizing on name brand athletic footwear to be misleading. These were no exception. I am truly a 13.5 E so I didn't hesitate on buying the 15 EE bargain priced item. It seems to be a great fit. It irritates me that the manufactures cater, to what I see, as yuppie conceit about foot size. O.K. I know how to make the adjustment, but really, why?
The shoes are conservatively styled and comfortable enough. Lacing pattern is cheesy, but adaptable. Loosely woven nylon laces, a personal dislike. Not for high mileage workouts, I'd say best for 3K-5K jaunts. Very flat sole. Durability may be suspect, but most of us don't replace our shoes as quickly as we should.
Nothing, really great with these, but a good value for regular light work-outs. Fair deal for the money.

These shoes are doing the job very well.

I've had such good luck with these shoes I wanted to order 3-4 pairs.
