By TRB from Idaho on 10/31/2009 Pros: Dries Easily, Durable, Good Grip, Snug Fit, Water Resistant, Windproof Best Uses: Backcountry, Casual Wear, Driving Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I use these gloves anytime I need my hands to be dry, and warm. They take a bit to warm up, but they have stayed dry the whole time I have used them. My concern with the average gloves has always been that they stay wet and you have to dry them out afterward, but not these gloves. THESE STAY DRY! Great for use in the snow and keeping your hands from freezing. Mittens get your hands warm faster than gloves in general, but after about 10-15 minutes of wearing these gloves, they have warmed up, at least to a point where your fingers are not frozen but still usable. I love these gloves and would recommend them to EVERYONE!!

These ski mittens more than meet my needs.
By Common Sense Guy from Akron, Ohio on 10/29/2009 Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These gloves are huge. I bought a size larger for me, and (probably) two sizes larger for my wife, because of past reviews concerning the overall sizing of these gloves. I'm sure they will keep our hands warm and dry at any extreme temperature, but they do take up a lot of room (in the suitcase, if you're traveling). Looks like great quality in the manufacturing.

Are bulky, and need a short break-in period before uses like that.

A LITTLE TOO BULKY TO HANDLE A RETRACTABLE DOG LEASH. BUT GREAT FOR VERY COLD WEATHER IF YOU PLAN TO BE OUTSIDE A LOT. I HAVE SHORT FINGERS FOR A MAN AND I FIND THE LADIES TO BE A BETTER FIT FOR ME
